The delivery time is 14 working days (after receipt of payment, plus 1-2 working days shipping time by Swiss Post in Switzerland)
Shipping costs are calculated automatically.
Delivery to Germany and Austria:
Please note that each order requires a processing time of 14 working days. After this time, your package will reach you within 5 to 8 working days. Please note that customs fees are not included in the price and may incur additional costs.
Once a month we offer special shipping to Germany and Austria. If you are interested, please contact me directly for more information and to discuss your order. The special shipping is for your convenience.

RETURN
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You can return or exchange the ordered goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment. You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred. The returned goods must be in their original, new condition and must not show any signs of use. Please send the product back to us in the original packaging with a label to provide the best possible protection for the return shipment.
As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return. We will refund the amount within a few days
